Jennifer Bassey Bio (Actress)
Emmy Nominated Jennifer Bassey became a contract player on ABC TV’s All My Children (1970) in the summer of 1998, after having portrayed borderline nymphomaniac "Marian Colby", since the early eighties. Her first job in entertainment was as a singing Playboy bunny in the very first Playboy Club. She left her bunny ears behind and was accepted into the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London. Three years later, she graduated with honors, finishing just below future Academy Award winner, Sir Anthony Hopkins. Eager to drop the “glamour” and prove she had the acting chops to play a transformational role she sought out a film that would call her to action. ‘Timeless’ arrived and so did Jennifer Bassey. Her performance is Oscar worthy.

Description:
In 2008 Sheila Marden, was suffering from malignant brain cancer but was misdiagnosed and put in a psychiatric ward. Timeless is a dark, avante garde journey of Sheila's final days and the story of a mother's love. Based on a true story.
Inspiration:
This film was created in honor of Sheila Marden, a misdiagnosed brain cancer victim. It is an artistic version of what happened to her from the time in which she was misdiagnosed to the painful events that later unraveled. The script was based on and inspired by many of the letters from Sheila Marden to her Daughter Melanie.
Melanie (Sheila’s daughter) is naturally very passionate about this story being told. She had the unfortunate experience of seeing her mother suffer right before her eyes. Sheila broke all the rules; lasting longer than any of the doctors predicted upon finally being diagnosed with brain cancer. The film serves to showcase misdiagnosis as it is a common problem in medicine today.
